Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic revenue vision across the cluster, establishing clear goals and tactical initiatives to drive incremental profit growth across rooms, food and beverage, spas, and ancillary revenue streams

  • Lead and mentor revenue management teams across multiple properties, fostering a collaborative culture of revenue optimization and ensuring consistent application of best practices throughout the cluster
  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis and market intelligence gathering to identify profit generation opportunities, monitor competitive positioning, and derive insight-led strategies that maximize cluster profitability
  • Oversee pricing, inventory allocation, and rate management strategies across all properties, ensuring alignment with demand factors and targeted customer segments to optimize yield and revenue contribution
  • Manage channel distribution strategies and evaluate new business opportunities related to booking channels, maintaining strong relationships with OTA and CTO partners to ensure optimal market visibility
  • Create short- and long-term financial forecasts and participate in annual budget processes, providing accurate projections that support strategic decision-making at corporate and ownership levels
  • Chair and facilitate regular revenue management meetings across the cluster, preparing comprehensive materials and communications that align with brand guidelines and organizational standards
  • Oversee system management and data quality for revenue management systems, CRS platforms, rate shopping tools, and hotel-specific technologies, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and procedures
  • Collaborate with marketing teams across the cluster to execute, measure, and evaluate digital marketing initiatives that support strategic marketing plans and drive revenue objectives
  • Actively participate in ownership conversations and presentations, effectively communicating cluster performance, strategic initiatives, and profit optimization opportunities to senior stakeholders
  • Monitor economic, market, and competitive indicators to stay informed of industry trends and emerging opportunities that could impact cluster revenue performance
  • Ensure content management excellence across all electronic channels, coordinating with marketing teams to maintain current and compelling hotel descriptions, imagery, and service information
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local market competitors and industry contacts to gather market intelligence and stay informed of regional trends and developments

Desired Candidate Profile

Master's degree in Hotel Management, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or related field (preferred)

  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Management, with at least 2+ years in a multi-property or cluster leadership capacity
  • Demonstrated expertise in revenue optimization, pricing strategies, yield management, and profit maximization across diverse revenue centers
  • Advanced proficiency with revenue management systems (RMS), central reservation systems (CRS), rate shopping platforms, and hospitality-specific software solutions
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations
  • Proven experience in budget planning, financial forecasting, and P&L management across multiple properties or business units
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities with experience motivating, coaching, and developing high-performing revenue teams
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and ownership entities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex revenue strategies to diverse stakeholder groups
  • Strategic thinking and visionary mindset with proven ability to identify and implement innovative revenue generation opportunities
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market analysis methodologies
  • Experience with channel management, OTA partnerships, and distribution strategy optimization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hospitality-specific reporting and analytics tools
  • Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing market conditions
