Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop project management strategy and direction for major projects and programs in line with overall country level strategy, business objectives and needs, Group guidelines, and policies.
Lead multiple teams of lower-level executives, Senior managers, and managers.
Develop short to long-term (1-5 years) plans for optimizing the organization, function, or job-family and the talent required to execute strategies
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification Needed – B.E / B. Tech (Electrical)
Experience Needed – Minimum 22 years of overall EPC experience with minimum 10 years of gulf / Oil & Gas experience
Minimum 5 yrs. worked as Direct/cluster Head/segment roll.
Nationality Preferred - Indian
