Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute the cluster HR strategy aligned with luxury brand standards and business goals.
  • Advise GMs and ExCom teams on organizational design, workforce planning, and people priorities.
  • Drive culture, engagement, and service excellence across all hotels.

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Oversee all hiring and manpower planning for pre-opening and operating hotels.
  • Build strong recruitment pipelines for luxury roles and hard-to-find specialties.
  • Ensure structured hiring processes, competency-based interviews, and quality selection.

3. Learning, Development & Service Culture

  • Lead implementation of service training, brand standards training, leadership programs, and skills development.
  • Establish talent development paths, succession plans, and training calendars.
  • Ensure every hotel consistently meets luxury service delivery expectations.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee HR administration: contracts, onboarding, visas, payroll inputs, employee records, performance cycles, and policies.
  • Ensure strict adherence to labor regulations and brand compliance standards.
  • Conduct regular HR audits and inspections across all properties.

5. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Build a fair, respectful, and motivating work environment.
  • Handle investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances professionally and discreetly.
  • Drive engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and hotel culture activities.

6. Compensation & Benefits

  • Oversee consistency of salary structures, job grading, and benefits across the cluster.
  • Support annual budget planning and manpower forecasting with Finance.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy and policy alignment.

7. HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report HR KPIs: turnover, headcount, hiring timelines, training hours, engagement, etc.
  • Present monthly HR insights to hotel and cluster leadership.
  • Use systems and dashboards to maintain visibility and control

Desired Candidate Profile

Role Purpose:

Lead the full HR strategy and operations across a cluster of luxury hotels. Ensure exceptional talent acquisition, flawless HR operations, strong compliance, and a high-performance culture that reflects luxury service standards. Act as a strategic partner to hotel leadership and guardian of brand culture.
