Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement the commercial framework during the pre-opening phase, including pricing models, product bundling, system setup, and partner alignment.
Lead commercial operations post-opening, ensuring all revenue streams including ticketing, F&B, retail, and wet activities are optimized and performing to target.
Oversee the full commercial P&L for the Corallium cluster, tracking performance against forecast and identifying opportunities to increase yield and profitability.
Manage key partner relationships, including the F&B management operator and wet activity operator, ensuring delivery of commercial and guest experience KPIs.
Develop new products, events, and commercial concepts to grow revenue and engagement across both core and seasonal operations.
Drive dynamic pricing, cross-selling, and promotional strategies to maximize per capita spend and total revenue.
Supervise and support the Marketing Manager to ensure brand messaging, campaign planning, and conversion efforts are aligned with commercial goals.
Collaborate closely with Visitor Experience, Retail, and Events teams to ensure commercial strategies are integrated into the full guest journey.
Track, analyze, and report commercial KPIs, providing performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Establish sales targets, performance monitoring tools, and business review cycles across all revenue streams.
Coordinate with RSG finance, legal, and procurement teams to ensure commercial initiatives meet governance and compliance standards.
Identify and secure partnership and sponsorship opportunities that support brand exposure and incremental revenue.
Support talent development and a performance-driven culture within the commercial team and across operational partners.
Continuously evaluate market trends, competitor activity, and guest behaviors to inform revenue strategy and innovation.
Act as the commercial lead in all phases from planning to launch to ongoing growth ensuring Corallium exceeds expectations and delivers an experience unlike any other.
Desired Candidate Profile
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 8 years (with 1+ year in managerial role).
Other Requirements
- MBA or equivalent leadership certification is an advantage.
