Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Service leisure agencies and luxury advisors: availability checks, quotations, confirmations, and amendments.

Ensure accurate rate loading, content, and images across channels in coordination with eCommerce.

Track campaign performance, co-op deliverables, and produce weekly production reports.

Coordinate trade trainings, webinars, and fam logistics; maintain partner databases.

Escalate VVIP/complex itineraries to Sales Manager; secure deposits and documentation.

KPIs

Response SLAs and conversion ratio.

Content parity and distribution accuracy.

Campaign/reporting timeliness and partner satisfaction.

Revenue from self-handled files.br>

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

1 3 years in leisure/travel trade or DMC/TA background.

Detail-oriented; Arabic & English.
