Cluster Sales Manager Hyatt Hotel

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of leisure agencies, luxury advisors (Virtuoso/SELECT/Serandipians as applicable), and top-producing OTAs.
• Design leisure offers across seasons, weekends, and holidays; package wellness programs (Miraval) and luxury resort experiences (Grand Hyatt).
• Conduct regular in-market visits, training, and webinar updates to trade partners; coordinate fam trips to Red Sea.
• Optimize distribution mix with Revenue and eCommerce; monitor parity, content, and partner merchandising.
• Convert small leisure groups and VVIP stays with bespoke itineraries (spa, activities, dining, yacht, air/ground).
• Deliver compelling proposals, handle objections, and secure deposits/contracts within policy.
• Maintain CRM hygiene; build 12 18 month leisure calendar and forecast.

KPIs

• Leisure room nights & revenue; segment ADR and channel mix quality.
• New partner activation and production growth YoY.
• Campaign ROI (trade offers/fam conversions).
• OTA cost of acquisition metrics & parity compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3 5 years in luxury leisure sales in KSA/GCC; Red Sea destination experience a plus.
• Arabic & English fluency; strong presentation and itinerary-building skills.

Other Requirements

• Travel to trade partners and onsite hosting (~30 50%), including weekends/holidays as needed.
