Roles & Responsibilities

Lead cluster team (Engineers And technicians) to maintain network and meet the set KPIs.

Manage and follow cluster daily operation and maintenance activities.

Field troubleshooting & fix problem for sites Transmission, RAN and power related issues.

Support to the other units upon requests of network activities. (such as Radio, deployment ...etc.).

Daily Check all RAN & Transmission, and power alarms clearance, resolve and closing tickets and following up all issues with NOC center.

follow up with power maintenance subcontractor.

Supervise and manage charge request preparation and implementation.

Network performances & KPI with outage follow up.

Manage communication with other clusters and units within organization.

Manage the acceptance new sites and Transmission link as per acceptance process.

Desired Candidate Profile

Engineering BSC. degree

Minimum 5 years of experience.

Having a Valid Engineers Union ID Cardstrong>.
