Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of telecom tower and pole sites to ensure compliance with CME standards.
• Inspect foundations, anchor bolts, tower members, earthing system, cable trays, and site infrastructure.
• Verify material installation and ensure workmanship meets approved drawings and specifications.
• Identify and report snags, defects, or non-conformities.
• Climb telecom towers up to 100 meters for detailed fabrication and installation inspection.
• Inspect tower members, antenna mounts, bracings, aviation lights, and cable routing.
• Perform height-based inspections safely and in line with work-at-height procedures.
• Provide photographic and written documentation of tower-top findings.
• Inspect installation of telecom antennas, RRUs, feeders, trunk cables, grounding kits, and related equipment.
• Verify alignment and mechanical stability of installed equipment.
• Ensure installations follow OEM recommendations.
• Support technical teams with installation quality checks when required.
• Implement and follow project QA/QC procedures.
• Prepare inspection reports, checklists, and documentation as per project requirements.
• Conduct Site acceptance for telecom and CME works.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure records are updated and traceable.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations and safety policies.
• Practice safe tower climbing using approved PPE and certified equipment.
• Participate in safety drills, toolbox talks, and training sessions.
• Report hazards, unsafe conditions, and incidents immediately.
• Coordinate with supplier CME teams.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports with before/after photos.

Qualifications & Experience:

• DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) in: Civil Engineering or Telecom Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• 2 3 years of CME experience in telecom tower or pole sites.
• Experience climbing and inspecting telecom towers up to 100 meters.
• Experience with telecom installation activities (antennas, RRUs, feeders, etc.).
• Experience in telecom QA/QC, inspections, and checklist preparation.
• Rigger Certification Tower Climbing
• Work at Height Certification
• Rescue at Height Certification
• Strong knowledge of telecom CME standards and installation practices.
• Ability to read drawings, site layouts, and technical documents.
• Physically fit for tower climbing and field inspections.
• Strong understanding of HSE requirements for tower sites.
• Good reporting and documentation skills.
• Fluent in English, Arabic can be a plus
