Job Title: CMS Migration SME

Term: 12 months

Location: Cairo, Egypt

Relevant experience: 10-15 years in cards technology/ issuer processing

Mandatory requirements:

• Strong hands on expertise with 'Cards 400 Platform', with exposure to other CMS platforms.
• Proven experience leading large-scale CMS or card portfolio migration.

Purpose of Job:

We are seeking a highly experienced CMS Migration SME to lead the end-to-end replacement of the clients current platform. The candidate will support on planning, data migration, testing, cutover and post-go-live stabilization ensuring a smooth, controlled transition with minimal operational disruption.

Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities

1. Support the end-to-end migration from Card 400 to the new CMS, covering discovery, planning, data migration, testing, cutover, and stabilization.
2. Design and execute migration strategy, including data mapping, validation, mock runs, and reconciliation.
3. Manage integrations, dependencies, risks, and readiness across business, IT, and vendor teams.
4. Drive testing phases (SIT, UAT, end-to-end) and operational readiness.
5. Coordinate cutover activities, go-/no-go decisions, and post-go-live hyper care.
6. Provide clear stakeholder communication, status reporting, and issue resolution.
   
   

Mandatory Skills**

1. 10 15 years of experience in cards technology and issuer processing.
2. Strong, hands-on expertise with Card 400, with exposure to other CMS platforms.
3. Proven experience leading large-scale CMS or card portfolio migrations.
4. Deep knowledge of card lifecycle, data migration, reconciliation, and integrations.
5. Experience with testing, cutover execution, and production stabilization.
6. Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
7. Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
