Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Role Summary: Setup, program, and operate automatic 2D CNC bending machines to produce high-volume wire forms and metal strips according to engineering blueprints.


  • Daily Duties: Input CNC programs, monitor production quality, perform routine machine maintenance, and troubleshoot bending deviations. 2D Geometry Programming: Ability to program and adjust x and y-axis coordinates for flat-plane wire/strip processing.


  • Direct min 2–3 years experience of dedicated operating CNC wire or automatic strip-bending machinery.


  • Tooling Setup & Calibration: Proficiency in selecting, changing, and aligning bending heads, feed rollers, and cutting dies.


  • Chinese XINJE servo Control Software Familiarity: Direct experience with industry-standard CNC interfaces (e.g.,Omron, XINJE or proprietary machine software).


  • Blueprint Literacy: Proven ability to accurately read and interpret 2D engineering drawings, mechanical blueprints, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
  • Holds a relevant certification in CNC machining or a related field, showcasing a commitment to professional development.
  • Exhibits a minimum of 2 years of experience in operating CNC wire and strip bending machines, indicating practical expertise.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints, essential for understanding part specifications.
  • Possesses strong technical skills, including the ability to program and operate CNC machines, reflecting hands-on capabilities.
  • Demonstrates excellent attention to detail, crucial for ensuring the precision and quality of manufactured parts.
  • Displays effective communication skills, enabling clear collaboration with team members and supervisors.
