Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Program and operate CNC bending machines to produce precision parts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to blueprints.
  • Perform first-article inspections and in-process quality checks, utilizing measuring tools like calipers and micrometers to maintain quality standards.
  • Select and install the correct tooling for each job, optimizing machine performance and minimizing setup time.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, engineering specifications, and work orders to understand bending requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
  • Completion of a vocational training program or apprenticeship in CNC machining, providing relevant technical knowledge.
  • Possession of certifications in CNC operation or related fields, showcasing commitment to professional development.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in CNC bending operations, indicating practical application of skills.
