Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC bending machines as per job orders, drawings, and specifications.

• Program and adjust CNC machine parameters (G-codes) for accurate bending operations.

• Perform bending of metal sheets, rods, and tubes to required dimensions.

• Inspect finished components using measuring tools to ensure quality and accuracy.

• Monitor machine performance and correct deviations during production.

• Carry out basic machine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting.

• Change and manage bending tools, dies, and fixtures as per job requirements.

• Maintain production records and follow all safety and HSE guidelines.

• Coordinate with engineering, quality, and production teams as required


Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or technical certificate (CNC-related training preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience operating CNC bending machines (TRUMPF experience preferred).
  • Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Knowledge of CNC programming basics and quality inspection tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.
