Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Programming and setting up CNC laser machines to cut and engrave materials based on blueprints and CAD/CAM files, ensuring precision and accuracy.
  • Loading materials, such as metal sheets or plastics, onto the machine beds, and safely securing them to prevent movement during operation.
  • Monitoring the laser cutting process, adjusting parameters like power, speed, and gas flow to optimize cutting quality and material yield.
  • Conducting regular quality checks of finished parts, using measurement tools like calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions and tolerances.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in CNC machining or a related field is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of CAD/CAM software and the ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Familiarity with various materials (metals, plastics, etc.) and their cutting characteristics using laser technology.
  • Proven experience operating CNC laser cutting machines, with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
