CNC Operator AXXON HR SOLUTIONS - SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP LLC

Location: Abu Dhabi Industry: Oil & Gas / Manufacturing / OCTG

The CNC Operator is responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC Lathe Machines to produce OCTG Premium threads without defects. The role involves ensuring product quality, maintaining machine performance, and supporting continuous improvement and HSE initiatives.

• Set up and operate CNC Lathe machines to produce OCTG premium threads as per specifications.
• Perform self-inspection to ensure zero defect transfer to subsequent stages.
• Conduct Level-1 machine maintenance and report abnormalities or quality issues.
• Achieve production targets based on product cycle times.
• Monitor tool life and suggest improvements in tooling and cutting parameters.
• Adjust offsets and modify CNC programs when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with Quality and HSE management systems.
• Participate actively in HSE programs such as STOP interventions, incident reporting, and good housekeeping.
• Maintain effective communication with supervisors and other departments to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Ensure correct tool usage and perform pre-checks for calibration and condition.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and cost reduction.
• Maintain 5S standards and safe working conditions in the area.
• Attend and complete company-provided training programs and implement management system updates.
