Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Elegancia Joinery is seeking a skilled CNC Operator specializing in woodwork manufacturing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in operating CNC machinery for precision wood cutting, shaping, and finishing, ensuring high-quality production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain CNC machines for woodwork production
Interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and specifications
Set up tools, materials, and machine parameters for efficient production
Monitor machining processes to ensure accuracy and quality
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience as a CNC Operator in woodwork manufacturing
Proficiency in reading technical drawings and CAD/CAM programs
Strong knowledge of woodworking materials and processes
Experience with CNC machinery used in joinery or furniture production
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Candidates currently in Qatar or with GCC experience are preferred
