Roles & Responsibilities

Company Overview:
We are a leading water filtration and swimming pool solutions company, dedicated to providing high-quality products and services. We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our production team and ensure precision in manufacturing processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CNC machines to produce components according to technical drawings and specifications.

  • Set up, adjust, and maintain CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.

  • Monitor machine operations and perform quality checks on finished products.

  • Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report major problems to the supervisor.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

  • Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and production targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3–5 years of experience as a CNC Operator, preferably in manufacturing or fabrication.

  • Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using measuring tools.

  • Knowledge of CNC programming is an advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail and precision.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Physically fit and able to handle machinery safely.
