Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize CNC programs based on technical drawings and specifications, ensuring precision and efficiency in machining operations.
  • Set up and calibrate CNC machines, including tooling and fixtures, to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment to minimize downtime and ensure consistent production quality.
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to refine product designs and improve manufacturability through effective programming.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in CNC programming and operation in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, SolidWorks, or Autodesk Inventor is essential.
  • Certification in CNC programming or machining from a recognized institution is highly desirable.
