Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Masterfully operate CNC turning machines to produce precision parts, ensuring each piece meets stringent specifications.
  • Perform meticulous setups, including tooling selection and program verification, to guarantee efficient and accurate production runs.
  • Proactively monitor machine performance, making necessary adjustments to maintain optimal cutting parameters and prevent downtime.
  • Conduct thorough inspections using precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and quality, upholding unwavering standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundation for technical understanding.
  • Holds a relevant vocational certificate or apprenticeship in CNC machining, showcasing specialized training.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints, essential for accurate part production.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in CNC turning operations, providing a solid track record of success.
