Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Operate and program CNC lathe and milling machines for spare parts production.
Design and prepare technical drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
Maintain, repair, and modify plastic moulds and workshop tools.
Oversee the workshop to ensure timely availability of spare parts and mould components.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for moulds and equipment.
Ensure all parts meet required precision and quality standards.
Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to reduce downtime.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or equivalent.
Proven experience in CNC machine operation (lathe & milling).
Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD for 2D & 3D design.
Strong knowledge of machining processes, tolerances, and materials.
Hands-on experience in mould repair and maintenance.
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and manage workshop activities.
