Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Your mission : to provide comprehensive and high-quality support to clients while ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
As an Advisor, you will be required to:
- Receiving and managing incoming customer calls,
- Listen, diagnose needs and provide precisely tailored solutions,
- Offer additional sales in response to requests,
- Apply established processes and master internal tools,
- Communicate any information useful for improving the quality of service,
- To achieve and exceed the set qualitative and quantitative objectives.
