We are recruiting customer service representatives specializing in messaging processing.
The Foundever Group is recruiting Messaging Processing Customer Advisors for its Casanearshore site. Their responsibilities will include:
- R to receive customer requests.
- Analyze and diagnose their needs in order to provide them with the appropriate solution.
- Apply the defined processes and master the use of the tools
- Report any information that could help identify a malfunction or improve a procedure
- Contribute to the smooth running of the service
- Ensure that the qualitative and quantitative objectives set by management are met.
Main responsibilities
Desired Candidate Profile
Having completed a Baccalaureate or higher education program,
- Prior experience in customer service is required.
- A good level of French (both spoken and written),
- A sense of listening and service,
- A good knowledge of computer tools,
- Diligent, committed, punctual
