Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As part of its strong growth strategy, Foundever is expanding its teams at its Casanearshore site and is recruiting messaging processing agents to:
Respond to customer questions and requests regarding services, products, and their functionalities.
Manage customer accounts.
Handle requests and manage complex cases via chat.
Advise customers by phone when needed.
Search Profile:
You have a very good level of French (C1 level, both spoken and written);
you preferably have at least 6 months of similar experience.
Excellent writing skills.
Fast typing speed.
Proficiency with computer tools. Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in remote customer relations.
Available immediately and fully.
Desired Candidate Profile
