We looking for a technical co-founder who can own the full lifecycle of building and deploying complex AI agents and end-to-end automations for businesses. You’ll turn messy real-world operations into robust, scalable AI systems that automate workflows across marketing, sales, support, and internal ops. You’ll be both architect and builder: client-facing, hands-on in the stack, and responsible for taking ideas from concept to live deployment. What you’ll do Architecture & design Translate business workflows into clear AI + automation architectures. Decide when to use n8n vs custom code and design reusable frameworks. AI agents & n8n workflows Build complex n8n workflows: triggers, webhooks, API integrations, error handling. Connect workflows to LLM-based agents (OpenAI/others) with tool-calling, RAG, and strong prompting. Full-stack development Own frontend & backend: Frontend: React / Next.js (dashboards, client UIs, control panels). Backend: Node.js or Python (APIs, business logic, integrations). Work with databases (Postgres/MySQL/MongoDB) and vector DBs (Pinecone/Qdrant/pgvector). GitHub, CI/CD & deployment Maintain clean GitHub repos (branches, PRs, issues, documentation). Set up CI/CD pipelines and handle deployments with Docker / cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure/Render/Railway). UX/UI & experience Design or collaborate on simple, clear interfaces for non-technical users. Use tools like Figma to define flows and components. Security, payments & reliability Implement secure auth (OAuth, JWT), role-based access, and protect APIs. Integrate payments (Stripe or similar), handle webhooks, subscriptions, and invoicing safely. Follow security best practices for data, secrets, logging, and monitoring. Client-facing solution design Join client calls to map their processes and propose automation/agent solutions. Document workflows in a way both clients and devs can understand. Communicate trade-offs and guide clients on what’s realistic and high-impact. What you should bring Strong experience with LLMs, AI agents, and automation (n8n a big plus). Solid backend skills (Node.js or Python) and frontend skills (React/Next.js or similar). Comfort with APIs, webhooks, and integrating third-party tools (CRMs, email, Stripe, Slack, etc.). Practical knowledge of security, payments, and deployment in production. A product + UX mindset: you care that what we build is understandable, usable, and valuable. You think like an architect, but you’re happy to ship, iterate, and improve.
