Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Co-Marketing & Merchant Communications Associate to own merchant-facing messaging and ensure Tamara s co-marketing and advertising value is clearly articulated, consistently communicated, and trusted by merchants. This role sits between commercial teams, marketing, and operations, translating complex commercial constructs into simple, credible narratives that drive merchant confidence and adoption.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Own merchant-facing communication for comarketing and advertising products.
  • Translate commercial constructs into clear, compelling merchant narratives
  • Document and communicate best practices and use-case impact to support adoption.
  • Ensure merchants and account managers clearly understand: Value exchange, Visibility support.
  • Performance protection and objection handling cases.
  • Develop seasonal narratives aligned with commercial priorities.
  • Co-marketing products narrative.
  • Create and maintain merchant decks and one pagers.
  • Support merchant briefings and campaign launches.
  • Prepare post-campaign summaries and value recaps.
  • Act as the default ops-side contact for: Messaging, Narrative.
  • Editorial callouts and case studies.
  • Organic & Paid media content and alignment.
  • Commercially justified events or PR tie-ins.
  • Work with cross functional teams to maximize perceived value.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience:

  • 0 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, partnerships, or commercial roles (Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or marketplaces is a plus)
  • Exposure to merchant-facing roles or B2B communications

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, proactive, and confident managing multiple stakeholders

Attributes:

  • Strong ability to simplify complex topics into clear, persuasive messaging
  • Commercial mindset with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
