Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain CO2 production equipment within the cold room, ensuring optimal efficiency and safety.
  • Perform regular inspections of refrigeration systems, identifying and addressing any leaks or malfunctions promptly.
  • Control and adjust cold room temperature and humidity levels to preserve product integrity and meet storage requirements.
  • Operate and maintain CO2 purification and liquefaction systems, adhering to strict quality control standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a technical certificate in refrigeration or a related field is preferred.

  • Demonstrates a minimum of 2 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of CO2 plants or related industrial refrigeration systems.

  • Holds relevant certifications such as EPA 608 or equivalent for handling refrigerants.

  • Exhibits a strong understanding of industrial refrigeration principles, including compressors, evaporators, and condensers.


** Ammonia Plant Operation is preferable.
