Life Project 4 Youth - L

Once trained to the LP4Y Pedagogy and tools, you will take part in supporting a team of young adults (17-24 years old) and develop the following skills:

• Pedagogy and follow up of the Youth so that they gain confidence in their capacity to act and therefore find and keep a decent job
• Development of a micro-company (social entrepreneurship), enabling them to develop their:
• Partnership development: creating and developing an integration ecosystem for the Youth
• Organization and program management: organization of program activities in collaboration with other Catalysts, budget management, follow up and reporting of the activities and Pedagogy
• Sustainability will help create lasting solutions that benefit both the youth and their communities and through
• Citizenship Development will empower young adults to become active, responsible citizens and create a nurturing environment for their well-being and growth.
• The coaching mission is the core of LP4Y mission. It's also one of the most demanding for the diversity of responsibilities the coach has to handle. We are looking for solutions oriented profile who like chalenges and that are willing to develop in program coordination
