Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibility
- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with coating standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement inspection procedures to identify defects or irregularities.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
- Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to junior inspectors on coating techniques and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection results and defect tracking.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of coating materials, applications, and equipment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to coatings.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 kilograms and stand for long periods.
