Coating QC Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Inspection & Testing: Oversee visual and mechanical inspections of coatings, ensuring they meet specifications and standards.
• Material Selection: Ensure correct coatings and materials are used, and perform necessary tests for compliance.
• Documentation: Maintain inspection records, generate reports, and document non-conformities.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, environmental regulations, and quality standards (e.g., NACE, SSPC).
• Supervision: Manage and train coating teams to apply coatings correctly and safely.
• Non-Conformance: Investigate and resolve issues with coating applications and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordination: Work with project management and other teams to meet timelines and quality goals.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of coating application tools.

Qualifications-

• 3 Years Diploma or Graduate in Mechanical Engineering
• Min 12 Years of Experience in same domain
• Must be Aramco approved with Minimum 3 years of Experience as Supervisor-CBT Compulsory
