Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all coating operations, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.

  • Supervise a team of coating applicators, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to boost productivity.

  • Conduct regular inspections of surface preparation and coating application to identify and rectify any defects promptly.

  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, fostering a safe working environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical) or a related field; a strong foundation is key.

  • Hold relevant certifications such as NACE or SSPC, demonstrating recognized expertise in the field of coating.

  • Exhibit a minimum of 8 years of experience in the coating industry, showcasing proven experience.

  • Demonstrate prior experience in the marine, oil & gas, or infrastructure sectors, signifying industry experience.


Candidates must have relevant experience in Pipeline, EPC, Oil & Gas, Flowline, Brownfield, Upstream Facilities, or Wellhead projects. Preference will be given to candidates with prior Gulf experience, especially those who have worked on ADNOC projects. ✅ Clean Shave facial policy is applicable ❌ Candidates with Metro Line, Building Line, or Road Infrastructure experience are NOT eligible No Building construction experience except for road safety coordinators
