Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Drive Business Growth: Should good contacts in UAE to secure new B2B clients, generating substantial business in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes) sector.

  2. Private Label Expansion: Identify and close lucrative private labeling contracts with appropriate retail and corporate partners.

  3. Full-Cycle Sales Management: Manage the sales process from start to finish. This includes lead generation, initial outreach, pitching, negotiating, and executing contracts.

  4. Coffee Tastings & Demonstrations: Organize and lead engaging coffee tasting/cupping sessions for potential clients to showcase the quality of our roasted beans.

  5. Technical Consultation: Advise clients on equipment setups, utilizing your excellent knowledge of commercial coffee machines and grinders to provide complete solutions.

  6. Independent Operations: Work autonomously to build and manage a robust sales pipeline, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Industry Expertise: Excellent, demonstrable knowledge of specialty coffee, roasted beans, origins, and flavor profiles.

  2. Mandatory Requirement: A valid UAE Driving License is absolutely required for this role.

  3. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  4. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.

  5. Proven Track Record: Previous success in B2B sales, preferably within the F&B or specialty coffee sector in the UAE.

  6. Self-Starter: Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently to hunt for new business.
