Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce company services and solutions.
  • Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, conversations, and appointments in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment-setting targets.
  • Handle objections professionally and provide clear, concise information to potential clients.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, lead quality, and campaign effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • No experience needed in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding call and appointment targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a fast-paced environment.
