Contact customers by phone to follow up on outstanding payments
Negotiate payment plans and secure commitments professionally
Achieve daily and monthly collection targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Previous call center or collections experience is a plus
Ability to handle objections and work under pressure
Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
Good listening skills and professional phone etiquette
Basic computer skills and ability to work with CRM systems
