Qualifications & Skills:

Bacheloru2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2u20134 years of experience in collections, preferably in real estate or related industries.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and accounting software.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Professional demeanor and ability to handle difficult client situations tactfully.
