Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Follow up with customers on outstanding payments via calls, messages, and emails

  • Collect installment payments, rent, and other dues as per agreed schedules

  • Update and maintain accurate payment and collection records

  • Issue receipts and coordinate with the finance/accounts department

  • Resolve payment-related queries and disputes in a professional manner

  • Prepare collection reports and aging statements

  • Coordinate with sales, leasing, and legal teams for delayed or defaulted payments

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual terms

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bacheloru2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred)

  • 1u20133 years of experience in collections (real estate experience is an advantage)

  • Strong communication skills in Arabic (English is a plus)

  • Good negotiation and follow-up skills

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, ERP/CRM systems)

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets
