Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and monitor accounts receivable.

Follow up with customers to ensure timely collections and settlements.

Maintain accurate records of payments and outstanding balances.

Coordinate with internal departments regarding customer accounts.

Prepare periodic reports on collection status and aging.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in collections and accounts receivable management.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Good knowledge of accounting and collection procedures.

Ability to follow up with customers professionally and effectively.
