Roles & Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Supervisor, located in El Mokattam. The Collections Supervisor will oversee the debt collection process, ensuring timely customer payments. Responsibilities include developing and implementing collection strategies, managing client accounts, analyzing financial data, and coordinating with the finance department. The role also involves communicating with customers to resolve issues, providing excellent customer service, and preparing regular reports on collection activities and outstanding debts.

Desired Candidate Profile

10-12 years of experience in collections

  • Experience in Medical Sector is a must (Healthcare , Medical Devices, Pharma)
  • Debt Collection and Customer Service skills
  • Max age is 40 years.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for effective client interactions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and accounting software.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable reports.
  • Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements for collections.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
  • Commitment to upholding company values and delivering exceptional service.
