Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Collection Advisor, you will be responsible for managing and recovering overdue payments from customers in the UAE market. The role requires strong communication skills, good in convincing, cultural awareness, and professionalism in handling customers across diverse nationalities.
Your responsibilities
- Attempt PHONE_NUMBER calls on a daily basis.
- Contact customer via all available channels like call,WhatsApp, and email to remind them of outstanding payments.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and update CRM systems in real-time.
- Escalate unresolved or high-risk cases to the team lead or concerned departments.
- Ensure all communications are compliant with CBUAE collection guidelines and Tamara s internal policies.
- Meet daily and monthly collection targets and maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
Your expertise
- Good understanding of collection tactics to convince the customer
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory; Profeciency in any of these language is must Hindi, Urdu, or Filipino.
- Strong convincing, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and dialer systems is preferred.
- Understanding of MS Excel is strong plus
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
1 2 years of experience in debt collection, customer service, or telecalling roles.
