Job Summary:
We are seeking a French-speaking Collections Officer to manage and oversee collection activities for our clients and investors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely collection of payments, maintaining positive client relationships, and supporting the finance team with accurate reporting and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact clients to follow up on outstanding payments through calls and emails (in French & English).
• Maintain detailed records of communication and payment commitments.
• Coordinate with the finance and sales teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare and present periodic collection reports to management.
• Escalate overdue accounts and support in legal or recovery processes when required.
• Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and UAE regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Collections Officer, preferably within the real estate or property development sector.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up abilities.
• Must be an immediate joiner currently based in the UAE.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
