Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Evaluates all documents in collection portals through all governmental payment methods.
  • Submit the requested documents as per the government regulations to ensure seamless process.
  • Follow up and ensure timely collection of Accounts receivables and escalate to line manager when needed.
  • Plans & report weekly/monthly & yearly forecast.
  • Follow-ups for collection of payment.
  • Collect and analyze data, market conditions & customer feedback; submit them to the line manager
  • Identifies customers complaints & inquiries and resolve in an effective manner.
  • Prepares a variety of status reports including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
  • Archiving management for all documents related / Maintain record of all clients past payments
  • Responds to inquiries from clients to provide information about their accounts or services offered by the company
  • Manages all outstanding balances for client payments and reconcile all invoices for accounts receivables.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Good command of English (reading and writing)
