Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one college counseling to students and develop a comprehensive portfolio for each student, including a CV.
• Support students with college applications, essays, recommendation letters, and interview preparation.
• Guide students in selecting appropriate courses and alternative academic pathways.
• Organize college fairs, workshops, and information sessions.
• Advise students and parents on university selection and admissions requirements.
• Administer and interpret student assessments (e.g., career interest, aptitude, personality, values, and motivation tests).
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of college admissions trends and requirements.
• Support students in selecting and planning AP (Advanced Placement) coursework.
• Review and develop students academic and educational plans.
• Monitor student progress and provide detailed reports on performance and readiness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field (Master s degree preferred).
• Previous experience in college counseling or student advising.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with international and local university systems.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Experience with College Board programs, including AP courses.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
