Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate between departments (ER, ICU, radiology, wards, etc.) to ensure smooth transitions and reduce delays.
  • Escalate critical issues such as bed shortages, delays in procedures, or system downtimes to the appropriate teams.
  • Track and support patient movement across units (admissions, transfers, discharges
  • Help in organize Patient flow based on priority or urgency

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Familiarity with OPD (Outpatient Department) operations
  • Background in Patient Experience (preferred)
  • Medical Operations experience is a strong advantage
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • High interpersonal and communication abilities
