Roles & Responsibilities
Phase 1 (ADV 3 months):
- Order tracking, invoicing and payments
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Coordination with sales representatives, suppliers and logistics
- Reporting and data updates
Phase 2 (Commercial):
- Business development (particularly international)
- Negotiation and follow-up of offers
- Customer portfolio management and retention
- Market analysis and reporting
- French & English master's
- Good communication and writing
- Organizational skills and analytical mind
- My mastery of office tools
