Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of Saudi-based seller accounts.
Drive revenue, GMV, and profitability growth across accounts.
Build and execute tailored growth strategies per seller.
Track and analyze performance (sales, conversion, pricing, stock, content).
Identify performance gaps and implement data-driven action plans.
Ensure participation in key campaigns and seasonal events.
Act as the main commercial point of contact for sellers.
Build strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance).
Ensure smooth execution and operational excellence across accounts.
Prepare regular business reviews and performance reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
1 2 years of experience in e-commerce/account management/marketplace roles OR 3+ years in sales, commercial, or client-facing roles in any industry.
Experience handling or exposure to Saudi market clients is a plus.
Strong understanding of sales and commercial principles.
Familiarity with e-commerce KPIs (GMV, conversion rate, AOV, margin) is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Analytical and data-driven mindset.
Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Excel.
Experience with tools or dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) is a plus.
