Roles & Responsibilities

  • Processing and tracking of customer orders.
  • Preparation of quotes, purchase orders and invoices.
  • Coordination with production and logistics.
  • Tracking deliveries and managing complaints.
  • Customer database management and updates.
  • Support the sales team.

  • Bac+2/3 in business, management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration.
  • Mastery of Sales Administration procedures.
