Roles & Responsibilities

The customer service representative in charge of receiving calls is responsible for answering incoming calls from customers by phone. His role is to identify their needs and provide a solution as quickly as possible. Sometimes, he also has to finalize sales, reporting to the team manager, his main missions consist of:

  • Receive incoming calls from customers
  • Actively listen to interlocutors
  • Identify their needs, analyze their requests and direct them
  • Maintain the highest quality of service to the customer
  • Guarantee the achievement of the quantitative and qualitative objectives of the project.

Desired Candidate Profile

Perfect mastery of the French language, with good oral and written fluency.
