Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The customer service representative in charge of receiving calls is responsible for answering incoming calls from customers by phone. His role is to identify their needs and provide a solution as quickly as possible. Sometimes, he also has to finalize sales, reporting to the team manager, his main missions consist of:
- Receive incoming calls from customers
- Actively listen to interlocutors
- Identify their needs, analyze their requests and direct them
- Maintain the highest quality of service to the customer
- Guarantee the achievement of the quantitative and qualitative objectives of the project.
Desired Candidate Profile
Perfect mastery of the French language, with good oral and written fluency.
- Excellent sense of argumentation.
- Commercial logic.
- Real sense of listening.
- Empathy at all costs.
