Roles & Responsibilities
You will be the face of our company, helping customers navigate the process of buying or selling pre-owned cars.
You will guide customers through the process of buying or selling pre-owned vehicles while ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience. Your role is essential in building trust, maintaining client relationships, and delivering excellence in automotive retail.
Requirements
- English proficiency, as well as Arabic.
- Positive attitude and integrity to build trust and achieve success while offering a jaw-dropping experience to our customers
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Customer facing roles, Call Center, Appointment Coordination, or a related role.
- Confident using CRM, scheduling tools, and digital communication platforms.
- Customer-first mindset with a calm, professional, and solution-oriented approach.
- Team player who collaborates effectively with teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A deep understanding of our value proposition and the ability empathise with others
- Ability to handle rejection, stay motivated, and adapt to changing circumstances
