Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy for DSFH NEOM in line with hospital business plans and group objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth across key service lines through pricing strategy, volume optimization, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities including corporate accounts, government contracts, insurers, employers, and strategic partnerships.
  • Support service line profitability analysis and business case development for new services and centers of excellence.

Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning:

  • Lead the development and execution of the hospital s marketing strategy in alignment with Fakeeh Care Group brand guidelines.
  • Position DSFH NEOM as a premium healthcare destination aligned with NEOM s vision for innovation, sustainability, and world-class services.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns, launches, and always-on initiatives across digital, PR, events, and partnerships.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging, visual identity, and patient experience across all touchpoints.

Market Development & Partnerships:

  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders including insurers, corporate clients, government entities, and NEOM ecosystem partners.
  • Represent DSFH NEOM in external forums, exhibitions, and strategic meetings.
  • Collaborate with medical leadership to promote centers of excellence and specialized clinical offerings.

Performance, Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor commercial and marketing KPIs including revenue growth, payer mix, patient volumes, market share, and campaign performance.
  • Prepare regular performance reports, forecasts, and insights for hospital and group leadership.
  • Use data and market intelligence to optimize strategies and inform decision-making.

Budget & Resource Management:

  • Develop and manage the commercial and marketing budget for DSFH NEOM.
  • Ensure efficient allocation of resources with clear ROI measurement.
  • Coordinate with group-level vendors, agencies, and unified contracts where applicable.

Collaboration & Governance:

  • Work closely with Group Marketing, Group Commercial, Finance, Operations, and Medical Affairs.
  • Ensure adherence to Fakeeh Care Group policies, brand governance, and healthcare regulations.
  • Act as a local brand and commercial guardian while supporting the group s hub-and-spoke operating model.

Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.
