Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and support the sales and operational teams.

  • Ensure the achievement of sales, productivity and quality objectives.
  • To ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
  • Implement and monitor processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose action plans

Degree in business, management, administration or equivalent (Bachelor's +3 / Master's +5).

  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial or operational supervision.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and operational processes.
  • Ability to coordinate several teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Sense of organization, rigor and ability to solve problems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, Word, ERP/CRM).
  • Results-oriented and highly responsive.

Desired Candidate Profile
