Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop the customer portfolio (individuals and professionals)
- Prospect for new customers and retain existing ones
- Advise and present household appliance products
- Prepare quotes and follow up on orders
- Ensure after-sales follow-up and manage claims
- Achieve the sales objectives set by the company
- Diploma in commerce, sales or equivalent
- Experience in the sale of household appliances or electrotechnical products is desirable
- Good knowledge of the market and household appliance products
- Sense of commerce and negotiation
- Good interpersonal skills and ease of communication
