Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop a customer portfolio.
  • Present our training courses to HR decision-makers and managers.
  • Identify needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare commercial and pedagogical offers.
  • Negotiate and conclude sales.
  • Follow training courses from A to Z, up to collection.
  • Retain customers and identify new opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the pedagogical and logistical team.
  • Report market and competition trends.
  • Achieve the set sales objectives.

Skills:

  • Mastery of prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
  • Ease with office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, listening skills, and persuasive ability.
  • Organization, autonomy, and rigor in customer follow-up.
  • Team spirit, proactivity, and results-oriented.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bac+3 minimum (commerce, management, communication, RH or equivalent).
  • 1 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in training, consulting, or education.
