Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop a customer portfolio.
- Present our training courses to HR decision-makers and managers.
- Identify needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Prepare commercial and pedagogical offers.
- Negotiate and conclude sales.
- Follow training courses from A to Z, up to collection.
- Retain customers and identify new opportunities.
- Coordinate with the pedagogical and logistical team.
- Report market and competition trends.
- Achieve the set sales objectives.
Skills:
- Mastery of prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
- Ease with office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, listening skills, and persuasive ability.
- Organization, autonomy, and rigor in customer follow-up.
- Team spirit, proactivity, and results-oriented.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bac+3 minimum (commerce, management, communication, RH or equivalent).
- 1 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in training, consulting, or education.
